Returns
Returns are accepted only when requested on the same day your order is delivered.
- Email info@tommiller.in on the day of delivery to request a return.
- The product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging, with case, cloth and all accessories.
- Return requests made after the day of delivery cannot be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style, return your item on the day of delivery and place a new order.
Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, sizing details, and images carefully before completing their purchase.
Payment Policy
TOMMILLER offers secure online prepaid payment and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Online prepaid payment is accepted.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout.
Store Credit Policy
In exceptional circumstances, TOMMILLER may issue Store Credit after review and verification.
Applicable circumstances may include:
- Verified dispatch errors
- Products received damaged due to transit
- Payment discrepancies
Store Credit:
- Is issued at the company's discretion after inspection.
- Is valid for use on our website within a specified period.
- Cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
Eyewear products come into direct contact with the face and eyes.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn eyewear cannot be accepted back.
